1. Delivery Schedule

Fresh Point Africa operates on a structured delivery schedule to ensure optimal freshness and quality of all produce.

Deliveries are conducted twice weekly, on:

• Mondays

• Fridays

2. Order Cut-Off Times and Delivery Days

To maintain efficiency and product freshness, the following order cut-off times apply:

      Orders for Friday Delivery

• Orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 17:00 will be delivered on Friday of the same week.

      Orders for Monday Delivery

• Orders placed from Friday after 17:00 until Sunday at 18:00 will be delivered on Monday.

Orders received after the applicable cut-off times will automatically be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed during normal business hours. Fresh Point Africa reserves the right to:

• Adjust delivery schedules due to public holidays, unforeseen logistical constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Contact customers should additional information be required to complete delivery.

Customers will be notified where material delays occur.

4. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• The accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout.

• That someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

5. Freshness Commitment

As Fresh Point Africa supplies fresh produce, delivery windows are structured to preserve product quality and ensure optimal freshness upon arrival.

We encourage customers to refrigerate or store produce appropriately immediately upon receipt.
